The Widen Family Foundation is a grant making establishment that strives to help our community through working with and supporting nonprofits.
We are a family led foundation that awards grants for charitable purposes, and provides opportunity to the under-resourced.
We primarily work in three areas: enhancing educational opportunities, promoting small business growth, and ensuring people have the basic needs to grow and thrive.

Success of small businesses is an essential component of our community. We seek to reduce barriers of opportunity through working with nonprofits that create and support entrepreneurship.

We believe safe and affordable housing is a necessity for all. In addition, we fund programs that assist with child welfare, basic needs and other human services. Lastly, we support organizations that promote vibrant and diverse neighborhoods.
